Waiting time

Reservations will be held for a maximum of 20 minutes after the scheduled time. After this time, the table will be considered available for other guests. In case of a delay in arrival, please notify us to ensure that the reservation can be maintained.

Large groups

If the reservation is for a large group (more than 14 people), we require a deposit of $80.000 COP per person to confirm the reservation. This deposit will be refundable as long as it is canceled with at least 48 hours notice, otherwise, it will not be refunded.

If for any reason you cannot attend the reservation, we appreciate it if you notify us as soon as possible so that we can release the table and offer the space to other guests.
